Hey actor. Raise your hand if you've ever....

compared your career/skills/body to someone else's

hustled to the point of burnout and wanted to give up on your passion

finished your first rehearsal for a big dance number in the musical that you're in and said, "well I'm out of shape!"

wondered what it would feel like to go into every audition with an undeniable confidence that sets you apart from the 500 other blonde girls that look just like you

said, "Oof, I feel OLD."

Me too. Every single one. I've had my fair share of struggling with a lack of confidence, burnout, comparing myself to others, body image issues.. the list goes on. There have been times in my career when I felt like I wanted to give up.

But then I discovered that the secret to most of my problems was putting myself first by getting strong as hell lifting weights, fueling my body intuitively, and having Michelle Obama arms to prove that all the hard work pays off.

Hey, I'm Brittani

Hey, I'm Brittani

I'm an award-winning actress with over 10 years of working experience in various avenues of the entertainment industry.

When I first started my fitness journey, I was 100% doing it because I felt like I needed to look a certain way to get the roles I wanted. I tried everything from tons of cardio to fad diets and everything in between and absolutely none of it worked for me.  I would start and quit, start and quit. Over and over again.

Summer of 2019 I booked my first big contract out of NYC. This contract would change my life personally AND profesionally. All I did that summer was work out and go to work.

I discovered that the key to a successful wellness routine is finding one you enjoy that makes you feel STRONG, not skinny

And to do it for YOURSELF and no one else.

Taking care of myself in this way has impacted so many areas of my life, especially my career. Life isn't ONLY about my career anymore. Because of the balance I found, I can now feel confident whether I am booked or not. I can live life fully and allow my lived experiences to translate into my art.

After that summer, and for the first time in my life, I genuinely felt powerful. I wanted to share that power with others.

So let me re-introduce myself.

Hey, I'm Brittani. I'm an actress, stuntwoman, and fitness and mindset coach for other actors.  I'm a dog mom to a beautiful Australian Shepherd named Bellamy. My friends mean the world to me, I'm a recovering perfectionist, and I am obSESSED with breakfast food. I'm a believer in lifelong learning, and trust me, I still have a lot of learning to do. I am more excited about my career than I ever have been and I'm so glad you're here.

If any part of my story resonated with you, I can help you. Through my fitness and mindset coaching, I will teach you, my fellow actor, how to avoid burnout, find confidence in your unique body, and get your own set of Michelle Obama arms. I'm here to help you find a wellness routine that works WITH your life, not against it, and to help you take your career to the next level.

I'm here to help you get strong AF in the gym so you can show up confidently AF in the audition room and in life. Are you ready?
